Return Policy – Apex Automotive Customs

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order in accordance with the terms below.
1- Terms of Return
- You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- Returns must be initiated within this period to be eligible.
2- Condition of Items
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse, not in their original condition, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.
- Faulty, defective, or wrong items received are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
3- Reasons for Return
You may return your order if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- You no longer want the product (as long as it is unopened and in resaleable condition).
4- Return Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be made to your original method of payment (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal).
- Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
5- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was delivered.
